in-laws Garage Door

No, not that kind of door, the people sized door on the side of the garage.  The old one rotted out and had to get replaced. 

With some effort by the family, the old one was removed and put in the truck to haul to the dump and a new steel door was put in its place.  Its a very basic door, even used 2x4's for brick trim on the outside and as a cleat to mount the old screen door back on.  But I will tell you it is all sealed up with caulk and foam and such that no air is getting through there unless you want it to
