Why do people today expect everything to be handed to them on a silver platter? Seems like no one understands what it means to want something bad enough that they have to work, really hard to get it? Is this something we are not teaching our children? Are we babying and providing to much to our children and because of that it makes them not understand wants and desires? It seems like anything that takes any effort just doesnt get done, and oh well. Is it just plain laziness? Are we raising a bunch of people who wont work to do anything? When I was a kid there were things I wanted to do and I worked hard to be able to do them. Now, as an adult, there are things I want to do and learn and try and that is the drive that makes me get out of bed every morning. Where have we lost that? What happened to it? What can we do to get it back?
