We found a place for the organ mirror, for now we have not stripped it and re-finished it but I think that is in the future.
When we initially hung it on the wall my wife looked at it and turned her nose up and said, it looks weird. Then she mentioned that if we could take some of the side pieces off then it wont look it should be sitting on top of something. Well as it turned out, those parts were screwed into the back and the turned tenons were just set in the mortise, so it all came apart pretty easily,
We will have some work to do down the road, but for now it looks pretty good and will give some more area to show off some of the antique plates my wife has
