We are a Baseball Family

I know this has nothing to do with Tools and such, but it is part of us so I think it goes here.

This past weekend was baseball opening weekend, and we are a baseball family and I dont think anyone can say we did not live up to that expectation this year

Friday night we watched the Texas Rangers Home Opener on TV  (recorded it and started watching it when we all got home, GREAT game,  Ian's Homer to start the game was amazing!)

Saturday M had a double header with the Coppell Cowboys (1-1)

 , THEN we hauled butt to Arlington and went to the Rangers game  (got to our seats just before the first pitch, it was perfect.)  Game was AWESOME, saw 5 home runs including another lead off homer by Ian, and a GRAND SLAM from Beltre when they intentionally walked Josh to get to Beltre.

Sunday M had another double header (2-0)

 and then we drove to Frisco to watch the Frisco Roughriders vs the Round Rock Express.  Saw a lot of players we recognized on both teams and we saw 4 home runs (by Round Rock) in that game.

AND we even managed to do a couple of other things.

Overall I think it was the best opening weekend we have ever had!
