As I have mentioned before, I provide support to a number of friends and family members when it comes to handy services. Each time this happens, I go out and remove tools from their proper place in the world, and put them in my bucket or bag or whatever I am going to carry over to do the work. I have decided that my on going tool project is going to put a basic (my version of basic, not your version of basic) set of tools in my bucket and bag so that I can basically grab and go, or at the very most, pickup some speciality tools based on the job being performed.
so as step one in that process
I picked up a few things at the BORG with a few gift cards from Christmas
why yes you are right, some of those tools are the new hand tools from Dewalt, how perceptive of you...
This will be an ongoing process, but hopefully one that by the time I am done, I dont constantly have to pack and re-pack tools, and try and figure out where I put the tool last as opposed to the spot it is supposed to be in...
