the big day

so for those of you who might care, I had my Birthday while I was across the pond,  It was a wonderful day getting to work, eat and sleep like I did so I enjoyed it thoroughly...  (read sarcasm into my voice)

so on the day AFTER I my birthday, I got back to my hotel room after a long hard day at work, walking uphill to school, both ways, in the snow, with no shoes..  (anyway, you get the idea) I see this

yep, my beloved fedexed me cards across the pond....

I know, you probably dont know what that is,  luckily, I did.

you see, I had told my beloved about my frustration with my old crapsman rotary tool and how I wasnt going to buy a Dremel because I have had such back luck with the plastic POS stuff that Dremel was putting out.  She did some digging and found the one I had dug up awhile back and ordered it (from amazon no less) and voila, I now have a decent rotary tool for the shop  (and the old crapsman one will go to the hanger)

Thanks goes out to my beloved for doing her best to make my time across the pond bearable.
