Cool Shop X2

while I was in LA LA land a couple of weeks ago, I was able to vist a couple of buddies of mine who are also vendors for us.  One just got a new CNC machine he wanted to show off

yep, thats an italian CNC machine,  very expensive, very cool

check out the size of that bandsaw.  It takes blades that are over 20 feet long

and yes, he has a sawstop....

I'm not going there.



anyway, he has a cool shop, with a bunch of really hard working guys making some really good products.

The second shop I got to see was a machine shop my buddy runs with a pile of HAAS CNC machines and a couple of bridgeports for manual work.  His new shop is really great and I loved getting the tour.  Of course, that one, I didnt take picture of

Why not?  because I suck at taking pictures of things.

Know what i think someone should invent?  A USB port in your brain you can download images from your brain onto.  That way I wouldnt have to carry a camera around, i could just download images from my memory

of course that would mean I would have to remember stuff also,   which I do remember things, just maybe not the things that other people remember.

ANYWAY, if you need anything machined in so cal, let me know, I get you hooked up
