Quality work

it got cold round here, and low and behold, we wanted to try out our new fireplace.  Lit it up and felt the heat, and smelled the gas..

HUH?

well maybe the gas smell will go away in a minute, its just the un burned gas from when the pipes filled, and I lit the pilot and...

NOPE!

so I got down on my hands and knees and looked at the valves and all that crap in the fireplace.  Started messing with it and seeing how everything looked.  The nut on the pipe that feeds gas up to the fireplace was loose.  Loose enough that I could turn it with my fingers.

you can't read the tag in the picture but it says

"assembled in mexico"

needless to say apparently they dont sell wrench's in mexico

Now however, after using the tools god intended us to use, it now works, and doesnt stink up the world

and it puts out a LOT of heat
