Cool Places to Stop

While we were driving our way to Durango, we stopped a few places and one of them happened to be the Unser Racing Museum.

Once you get past the fact that everything there is about how many races they won and kind of under shadows the cars and motors and such (which I hate, I dont go to a museum to see lists of races someone one, I can see that on a Damn computer screen, I go there to see the cars they drove and motors they used and the tools they used to do it)

ANYWAY, once you get past that, there was some cool stuff there.

This cool land speed record car which I just LOVE  (and dammit if I cant remember the name of the car)  I love the handmade header pipes that come out the side and the cool intake pipes though.

You could tell the metal work on the whole body was all done by hand and it was beautiful


So, if you are ever in Albuquerque (then RUN, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN)  stop by and see the unser museum.  Just ignore all the BS about all the things they have won (Luckily they have a roll up door in the back so the people with the over grown egos can get in and out of the building)
