Why I do, the things I do, that I do

I was talking to a guy the other day, we were talking about my hectic schedule and how I was running from place to place.  He made the comment to me something like,  "I understand the work part, you have to do that, but why do all the other part when you dont have to"  My answer to him was because I wanted to, and we kind of dropped it.

I have to say though, the reason I go help people re-build fencing, or drive 4 hours to help install a door, or whatever, is because people ask me to.  It is something I can help with, I like helping with, and I like helping people.  Part of the reason we have a job is so we can live the way we want to live.  If part of that for me is to help people with projects, then so be it!

so I say, bring the projects on, let me choose to do the things I want to do, to make up for the things I dont always get a choice on
