Never know what your going to find

I was going through a process recently of cleaning out a space and in it I found a old scale.  It was a old mechanical scale, weighed a thousand pounds and just was of no use to anyone anymore.

I was able to get rid of most of the scale to a scrap company, they came and got it and everything, at that point though I just could not make myself get rid of the display,  the movement is just so cool!

So I arranged to have it head my way.  It has not reached me yet, once it gets to me I will have to find a place to put it, but I plan on putting a actuator on the mechanism so we can make the mechanism move.
