This has been a long time building up, and has even gotten pushed more this week, but it is just frustrating me beyond belief.
Why have we become a society that has decided that if you dont sit in front of a computer to do your job then you are worthless? Why have we decided that no one needs to know how anything works?
What has happened to the apprentice program where people learned a skill? Something where they could produce something with their own hands and be proud of what they do?
We have a government running our country who have no clue how anything works and just keep on putting our country farther in the debt hole and none of them care. They dont understand what counts. They think if they can move fake money from one group to another, they think things are good.
They want to fix the economy for sure? Teach people a skill, something they can do that can help others around them. Build something, catch something, make something. Teach other people to do the things that you do. These are the kinds of things that will help build strength to the country. NOT trying to convince people to buy things they dont need with money they dont have just so that companies that shouldn't be in business can keep going.
What will it take for people to put down their high dollar coffee and realize they are F'in stupid and cant wipe their ass without instructions from someone else!
What would happen if people had to fend for themselves these days, find their own food, (hell cook their own food) and actually support themselves as opposed to always counting on something else to provide them the things they think they need? We would be in a bad place, I can tell you that
