Fireplace for the Master Bedroom
Because the bedroom gets cold in the winter, thats why....
The other day I met the truck at home and got this delivery..
(2) Palletts @ 500lbs....
Step one of the project work involved getting the furniture out of the way for where the fireplace will go.
That involved moving a chest that the sat receiver sat on top of for the TV, which meant I had no place to put the sat receiver... (thought that would have been obvious, but obviously you arent paying attention.....)
Solution? Make a box to mount on the wall to hold said boxes...
dont worry about the mess of cords, that will get cleaned up later... You can see though the box we made is mounted to the wall and the sat receiver and apple tv are in there.
your right, its not stained yet, because we will stain it at the same time we stain the base and top for the fireplace so that it all matches...
yes, i agree, it will look good...
M helped build the box
and by helped I mean he was in the garage playing with things like the drill press while the box was being built...
Next step is to remove drywall and get ready to cut a hole in the side of the house, and get a gas line run in.
