I hate re-doing things

Many years ago, we built an add on to the shed in the backyard to hold the Pool related crap.  Built it on the end, sliding barn style door, etc.  Built it from pressure treated wood, then plywood that we painted.

Worked fine for awhile, but between Sun and Rain and all that, it finally fell apart and just wasnt cutting it anymore.

Of course I looked at it and said, how do I never re-do this again / what did I do wrong to begin with.

Took the siding off and replaced with Hardi Board.  That will never rot and didnt need to paint it.

Then on to the door,  Made the field from Hardi Board, but then went and bought PVC based trim and build the rest of the door from that.  Re-used the old rollers and such, just cleaned them up.

Turned out pretty well I think
