well actually it was a couple of weeks ago since I am behind in updating, but trust me, at some point in the past couple weeks, it was time to do the new tool dance.
Since we have the upcoming Fence Project, I decided to cheat and buy a coil siding nailer so I could get some ring shank nails to put the pickets on.
Gun came from Eagle America, Its a Freeman. Nails came from a local tool store.
It did well on the Fence job (which I will talk about in another post) It did jam a couple of times and it double-tapped quite a few nails. But honestly I blame the nails more than the gun for that.
I do really like the safety switch, right by your thumb, you can flick it over to use the tool and then flick it back with one hand. No switch to hop from Bump trigger to regular, which I like also.
